Klass.co.uk is owned and operated by Eleganze Ltd. a UK registered company which operates entirely from its headquarters in Rochdale, Lancashire.

Office hours are 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.

Getting Started

Register with Klass.co.uk

Please note that all registrations must be completed online by the customer only. For security reasons Klass.co.uk staff cannot register over the phone on behalf of any customer.

Before you make your first purchase with Klass.co.uk you will need to register and choose a security password. You can do this during the order process, once you have added items to your basket and selected 'checkout'.

To register you will be asked to fill in your name, address, email address, password and, for security purposes, your home telephone number. The address you provide must be the same as that of the credit card you use to make payment. You will then be asked to fill in your credit card details. We store these details but as an extra level of security we do not store the 3 digit security number from the back of your card.

Each time you place an order you will be asked at the checkout to provide this security number. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you should not receive an email please contact customer services. This is important as all correspondence between ourselves and you will be sent to the email address you register with.

Once registered you will just need to login using your email address and password each time you wish to make a purchase on the site.

Place an Order

To place an order, you add items to your basket then proceed to the checkout to pay.

To add an item to the basket click on the Add to Basket button of the product you would like. You can see it appear in your basket which is located at the top right hand corner of each page. You can remove any item from the basket by changing the quantity to 0 in the basket and pressing the Update Basket button.

Once you have made your choice, click on the ‘Checkout’ button in the basket. You will be asked to login or register if you haven’t done so already, then you will see your order in the checkout.

You can go back to the site from the checkout.

Telephone Orders

Klass.co.uk is an online retailer, it is quicker and easier to place your order online. We are not geared to deal with telephone orders.


The Checkout

The checkout shows all of details of your order and this is where you pay.

You can view the delivery and payment details, card details, the items you have selected and the value of your order.

To complete the order you will need to enter your security number from your credit card – this is the last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card, and click 'Confirm'.

Your card will be checked with our Worldpay bank payment system, and once processed you will receive a confirmation email containing all of the order information.

Payments

When you buy a product, you will be taken to the WorldPay site. If the transaction is unsuccessful, you will be informed of this on their site.

Currency

Currently purchases can be made in UK Sterling.


Orders

Delivery

Delivery time for items is 7 working days from despatch throughout the UK and the delivery charge per order is £2.99.

If an item has been shipped and has not arrived after 14 days, please contact customer services who will initiate an investigation with DPD. All items have a consignment number so that they can be tracked during the delivery process.

Account & Payment Problems

If your order is declined or unsuccessful please check that your personal details are entered correctly. Make sure the main address you have provided matches that on the credit card statement and that all other card information is provided correctly.


Return Policy

Returning an Item

When returning goods free of charge within our 14 day approval period for a refund or replacement they should be unworn and in saleable condition and are to be returned via the Post Office. Please use the original packaging and tape the pre-paid Returns Label over your name and address, compete the returns note and place with the goods and seal the parcel. It is essential that you obtain a Free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which should be kept in a safe place as this will be required if any parcels go astray. This will contain a unique reference number which should be quoted in the event of a query. Failure to produce a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when a parcel has gone astray will mean we will not be able to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to your payment card account within 2 weeks of receiving the returned goods, excluding the cost of postage and packing. Eleganze Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return or refund at its discretion.
