Where is my nearest Klass Collection store?

What are the opening times for your stores?

The opening times for our standalone stores are listed in the individual stores page which you can find using our store finder located at the top and bottom of the page or by clicking here.

Bank holiday opening times vary by store so please contact them prior to travelling to avoid dissapointment. 

Opening times for concession stores vary by store so please contact the individual store for details. 

How much is the postage and packing for my order?

Standard UK delivery is £3.99 and your parcel will be delivered using the Royal Mail Tracked service.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on that day. Standard UK delivery orders will arrive within 3 -5 working days.

A working day is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact as soon as possible and we will try to cancel your order prior to it being dispatched - click here to contact us.

We are unable to amend an order once it has been placed, however you can place a new order online and return any unwanted goods using our returns service via Royal Mail or in standalone stores. For more details on returns please visit our delivery and returns page or click here.

What do I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email please contact us and we will investigate the problem to ensure your goods arrive with you as soon as possible. Visit the contact us page or click here

Can I track my order to find out where it is?

All our parcels have a unique tracking reference which you will find on your confirmation email, you can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website using their track and trace system, click here to go directly to their site (this will open in a new window).

To use the Royal Mail track and trace system, enter your 13 digit code and you will see the location of the parcel.

What method of payments do you accept online?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro and Delta cards. 

I am looking for a specific product, how can I find it?

You can search for the product using a product code or a description using the "Search the site" box at the top of the screen.
