Win a Cruise & £250 Gift Card Competition – Terms and Conditions

These Competition Terms (“Competition Terms”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to the Win a Cruise and £250 Gift Card Competition (“Competition”) jointly promoted by Klass (Eleganze Limited) and Cruise118.com (together referred to as the “Promoters”).

By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before entering.

SECTION A – COMPETITION DETAILS

1. Promoters

1.1 The Promoters are:
Klass (Eleganze Limited), Company No. 02244036, registered in England and Wales.
Cruise118.com, registered office at 110A & 112–114 Market Street, Chorley, United Kingdom, PR7 2SL.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 The Competition is not open to employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Entry Period

3.1 Entries open on the launch date stated on the Promoters’ websites and close at 23:00 GMT on 13 February 2026.
3.2 Entries received after this closing time will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entrants can enter the Competition by completing the online form at either:
www.klass.co.uk/competitions/win-a-cruise or www.cruise118.com/cruise-with-klass
4.2 Multiple entries per person are permitted, subject to a maximum of 5 entries per individual and provided no automated or bulk entries are used
4.3 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, incomplete, or corrupted for any reason.

5. Prize Details

5.1 The prize consists of:

• £250 Klass Gift Card, redeemable online or in Klass standalone stores.
• Summertime Gardens of France & Holland Cruise:
  • 6-night sailing aboard Ambassador Ambition
  • Departing from Liverpool on June 26th 2026, and ending in Dundee July 1st 2026. Returning transfers from Dundee to Liverpool will be organised and the cost covered on behalf of the winner.
  • Inside cabin for 2 passengers

5.2 The prize is as stated. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
5.4 Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoters reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with another of equal or greater value without notice.
5.5 The winner will not be expected to cover any delivery or booking costs associated with the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 One winner will be selected at random using a number generator from all valid entries received.
6.2 The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the closing date.
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
6.4 Winners will only ever be contacted to confirm postal details and will never be asked to share bank details or make payments.
6.5 The Klass gift card will be issued within 14 working days following valid acceptance of the prize.

7. Publicity and Winner Details

7.1 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including the use of their name, county, and an image provided by them for promotional purposes related to the Competition.
7.2 The winner’s name and county can be obtained by emailing [email protected] within one year of the closing date.

SECTION B – GENERAL TERMS

1. Entry Conditions

1.1 To enter, participants must have a valid internet connection.
1.2 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries, or automated systems (including macros or scripts) are permitted.
1.3 All costs and expenses not expressly included within the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
1.4 The Promoters reserve the right to verify eligibility (including age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who fails to meet the requirements or tampers with the entry process.

2. Liability

2.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of participation in the Competition or the use of the prize except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
2.2 The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or corrupted.
2.3 If the Competition is run via social media or a third-party platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform. Entrants acknowledge that such platforms are not liable in connection with the Competition.

3. Data Protection

3.1 Personal data submitted in connection with this Competition will be processed by the Promoters for the purposes of administering and managing the Competition, verifying eligibility, and fulfilling prizes.
3.2 By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that they may receive marketing emails and promotional communications from Klass (Eleganze Limited) and Cruise118.com about similar products and offers. Entrants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Marketing communications will be limited to offers relevant to Klass and Cruise118.com, and your details will not be shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
3.3 Data may be shared with third-party agencies where necessary for prize fulfilment.
3.4 The Promoters are committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Data will be handled in accordance with the respective Privacy Policies of Klass and Cruise118, available on their websites: Klass Privacy Policy and Cruise118 Privacy Policy.

4. General Provisions

4.1 The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the Competition, or any of its terms, at any time due to circumstances beyond their control.
4.2 Any decision made by the Promoters regarding the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.3 Illustrative images may not reflect the exact prize.
4.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social network.
4.5 These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and participants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
