STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard UK Delivery on orders under £30.00 will be charged at £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 and £4.99 for Tracked 24 - Delivery on orders £30.00 and over are Free of Charge and sent via Tracked 48.

Deliveries to Ireland will be charged at £14.99 and will be delivered within 7 working days.

Orders placed before 3.30pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be dispatched the next working day*. Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 3.30pm, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday*

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days with 94% of post areas within 2 days and for Tracked 24 Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day from the date of dispatch. A working day is Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays

*Sometimes during sale periods, key promotions like Black Friday or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services Department.

We have suspended Deliveries to the EU as we apply the new rules and procedures that apply to shipments from the UK to the EU, we hope to add these to our services in the near future.

FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery is automatically applied to orders over £30 to the UK only and excludes all areas of Ireland at this time.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS PERIOD
Gifts ordered from 17th of November must be received at our warehouse by 14th of January to be eligible for a refund under our extended Christmas returns period

CHRISTMAS POSTING DATES
To get your order in time for Christmas Royal Mails last posting dates are

48 hour tracked Monday 18th of December
24 hour tracked Wednesday 20th December

All orders must have been placed by 2pm on these dates
