Klass.co.uk is owned and operated by Eleganze Limited. Placing an order for goods on Klass.co.uk indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Promotional codes can only be used one at a time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount codes cannot be used on Gift Cards.
Points will be allocated to your account upto 7 days after your transaction. Purchases will be reviewed and if items are returned after 90 days those points will be deducted.
All communication to you from Klass.co.uk will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order, please contact us immediately. Klass.co.uk will not be responsible if you unsubscribe from emails or if the email address provided is incorrect as emails are sent to the address you provide when you register.
When an order is placed it is the customers responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct, once the order has been received we will be unable to change the address.

While all items are offered for sale in good faith, occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to fulfill your order. Per the Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling, you may cancel your order up to 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. Klass.co.uk will be happy to accept the return of unopened saleable products if so required. See our Returns Policy for full details.
