Took 2 weeks to arrive, had to contact customer service who were very cooperative and found the error. Arrived 2 days later, it enough tissue paper the item was very creased, the fabric will tend to crease in future so I will have the steamer ready each time I put it on. Not as long as I hoped and I’m not tall, could be a bit longer to cover the bum.
