Floral Printed Wide Leg Trousers

Spot on. Took them on my holidays and I was very pleased with fit and look as I usually am with Class goods.

I first saw the trousers I purchased in your shop at Heighly Gate Garden center Morpeth. I asked the young assistant if they had a size.14,She went away to look and said sorry they did not have that size in stock. I asked to place an order This was a problem because the internet was not working so the assistant entered my details in a book and said she would complete the order as soon as possible. At home I ordered them myself and because I could not try them on I ordered a size 14 and a 16. The 14 were suitable so I packed the sze16 to return to the shop A more senior assistant said they did not take returns and to send them by Royal Mail. This seems poor service as other outlets in the center e.g.. Pavers provide this service. This assistant then went to the model on display and found it was displaying a size 14. If this had been done in the first place it would have made my purchase and experience much more normal and satisfactory. Suggest you discuss and come up with a solution about the returns and the training of your staff Janet 2nd time submitted

Trousers are very soft and light to wear.

Lovely and comfortable but had to take them up 3 inches however they look great on now
